Warriors Beat Spurs 4-1

The Golden State Warriors defeated the San Antonio Spurs on Tuesday night to win the series 4-1. The Warriors closed out a Spurs team in front on their fans at the Oracle arena and now will the prepare for Pelicans team coming off a sweep of the Portland Trail Blazers.

They were led by Finals MVP Kevin Durant's 25 points on 8-19 shooting. Klay Thompson also did his thing with 24 points on 50% shooting (11-22). Draymond Green unquestionably their emotional leader contributed 17 points, 7 assist to go along with a monster rebounding game with 19.

The Spurs without their coach and leader Greg Popovich who did not coach in games 4 & 5 due to the death of his wife found a way to win a game and avoid being swept. Played hard despite being undermanned almost all season. Their superstar Kawhi Leonard appeared in only 9 games (quad) in the regular season and did not play in the postseason.

The Spurs who have been led by their All-Star LaMarcus Aldridge this season finished his season strong with 30 points and 12 rebounds. Patty Mills chipped in with 18 points and 5 rebounds. Hall of Famer and one of the best sixth man to ever play the game Manu Ginobli contributed 10 points and 7 assist in 25 min. The 36 year old will be ask all summer if this was his last game as a Spur. If it is his final game he is one of the best international players to ever step foot on the NBA surface.

The warriors have struggled this year against the newly reconstructed Thunder with their offseason additions of Paul George and Carmelo Anthony. The Warriors will look to get their first win of the season against the Thunder.

We were at the Golden State Warriors Game vs. Phoenix Suns it was our first time at Oracle arena and it was a hell of time! We talked to fans and got to hear what they thought about their team and expectations and also got to learn what other extra curricular activities there are to do in the city of Oakland! This by far was one of the greatest experiences of going to an NBA game!



The Golden State Warriors destroyed the Phoenix Suns in last night's game with a 129-83 win Stephen Curry led the way with 22 points, 9 rebounds and 7 assists in 30 minutes, but every active Warrior scored on Monday. What was the most impressive thing from the Warriors in this game was the coaching and who was coaching the team!
