El Paso Tx – Locomotive fc are on the beginning of ten remaining matches in the regular season and every point is starting to become crucial and important to be able to qualify to playoff by the end of October 2019. It’s evident that the team wants to give El Paso the joy of moving forward after the regular season and get into a playoff spot specially because this is the first season in franchise history and accomplishing that only means that there will be much more to look forward to the next season.

Let’s Break down tonight’s match and what to expect.

Tonight, similar to their previous home match will definitely be truly special. It’s the beginning of heritage month and the team has something special called Noche De Locos. The team released an alternate jersey that will be used tonight showing off what is El Paso Texas. Paying homage to the culture, Mexican art and tradition to what is the day of the dead, using sugar skulls and bright vibrant colors that bring out what El Paso the border city is all about. The design came from Locomotive’s graphic designer Itzel Zambrano who is the designer of the jersey.

Not only will the be a big representation but also tonight the first 1,000 fans will receive a Noche de Locos special edition scarf representing the heritage month concept to the special edition jersey that got released.

Locomotive FC is sitting at the 13thspot and is coming in from an unexpected and frustrating (1-0 ) loss as they traveled to face RGV Toros FC with a match that head coach Mark Lowry stated neither team should of won and had more of a feeling that it should have been a draw and at least get one point on the road. None the less the team came back and had a bit of an extended training session to clear things up get the team ready and look forward to the remaining matches of the season.

The last time these two teams faced it was in El Paso’s favor as they beat the Oklahoma Team (2-0), away from home and it was the last win Locomotive got after going on a winless drought. So, it will be clear that Tulsa will be coming in with a bit of vengeance to get a win here at southwest university park as they are coming in at 16thplace in the western conference and are also in the run to be able to qualify to playoffs. They will have some momentum and also, they will have a big addition that knows Locomotive FC fairly well. Calvin Rezende who got transferred over to the team in exchange for Moses Makinde it will be interesting to see if Tulsa puts him in the match against his former team.

There is a lot to expect from tonight’s match we might finally get to see Alexy Bosetti finally enter the pitch tonight as they have been working with him extensively to get to the standard and adjust to the team and how they play since it was very different to how OKC energy played and performed. Being a Wednesday match, it will be clear how much the fan base is looking forward to seeing the team play at home midweek especially now that classes are in session and a lot of activities are in place and having UTEP so close.
