The Milwaukee Bucks defeated the Toronto Raptors 108-100 in Game 1 of the Eastern Conference Finals.
The battle of the Superstars turned into the Brook Lopez show. Lopez scored 13 of his career playoff-high 29 points in the fourth quarter. Giannis Antetokounmpo added 24 points and 14 rebounds.
The Bucks looked rusty for the first three quarters, and that’s when Lopez took over the game. Milwaukee finished the game on a 10-0 run and they showed why they had the NBA’s best record this season. Both teams were dismal from the field, but Milwaukee won this game by capitalizing on fast break points (25-15) and points in the paint (44-26).

Kawhi Leonard led the way for the Raptors with 31 points on 10-26 shooting from the field. Kyle Lowry added 30 points and was hot most of the night, going 7-9 from three point range. The Raptors as a team will have to improve on their shooting from the field if they plan on stealing a game in Milwaukee. They shot 37% from the field and 35.7% from three point range.
Game 2 of the Eastern Conference Finals is Friday in Milwaukee.
