Los Angeles Sparks win their second straight to move to 6-2 on the season. They defeated the Dream(5-4) 72-64 on Tuesday night. They began their four game home stand with a win against the Minnesota Lynx then a blowout loss to the Seattle but have recovered by winning two straight at Staples Center.

Candace Parker picked up right where sheleft off on Sunday afternoon against the Sky scoring a game high 18 points on 7-11 shooting and she made both of her three point attempts. She also grabbed seven rebounds. Nneka Ogwumike who had another double-double with 11 points and 10 rebounds.
The Sparks made seven threes compared to just two (2-12) from the Dream. Chelsea Gray chipped in with 10 points.

The Dream had three players in double figures. Tiffany Hayes lee the Dream with 16 points. She found herself in foul trouble midway through the third quarter and said after the game in a post game interview" it's very frustrating, especially when half of them aren't fouls."
Jessica Breeland also scored in double figures with 14 points on 7-13 shooting and a team high 6 rebounds. Angel McCoughtry who did not have a good shooting night field just 3-14 and 12 points.
