The Houston Rockets beat the Utah Jazz 112-102 to head to the Western Conference Finals, Chris Paul lead the way by putting up a massive stat scoring 41 points, 7 rebounds, and 10 assist. Paul is finally headed to a conference finals after so many opportunities with the LA Clippers he wasn't able to get over the hump but tonight he made sure that wasn't going to be the case.

The Rockets withstood a strong second-half by the Jazz Utah's precocious rookie Donovan Mitchell, who left the game with just over seven minutes remaining in the fourth quarter after banging his left knee with Harden.
After only scoring just two points in the first half, Mitchell exploded for 22 in the third quarter, including the final 14 for the Jazz. He outscored the Rockets 22-21 as Utah erased a double-digit deficit and took a 78-75 lead into the fourth quarter.
The Houston Rockets were just too much down the stretch for the Utah Jazz, now they wait for the winner between the Warriors vs. Jazz, Golden State is currently up in the series (3-1) with an opportunity to close out the series out.
