The Cleveland Cavaliers and the Golden State Warriors will face one another for the fourth straight meeting and a chance at capturing a championship ring. This is the first time in NBA history the same two teams will be meeting for a right to play for it all. The Warriors took two out of the three (2015, 2017) and now have a chance at back to back. This will once again feature the best team in the league (Warriors) against the best player (LeBron James).

LeBron James and the Cavs who according to many aren't even supposed to be playing June. After just squeaking by the Indiana Pacers in the first round taking all seven games to do so, then sweeping though the number one seeded Toronto Raptors, then fighting until the final whistle of Game 7 against the overachieving Boston Celtics without superstar Kyrie Irving.

The Golden State Warriors coming off a hard drag it out series against the Houston Rockets in a epic seven game series with 6 & 7 being must wins now find themselves with a golden opportunity to win their third championship in four years. Some may argue they might have pulled off three straight if not for the suspension of Draymond Green in Game 5 of the 2016 Finals.

Led by Kevin Durant, Klay Thompson,  Steph Curry,  and Draymond Green these Warriors may have formed a dynasty something this league hasn't seen since the Los Angeles Lakers in the early 2000's led by the duo of Kobe Bryant and Shaquille O'Neal.  They get that started tonight in front of their home fans in Oakland.
