The Boston Celtics defeated the Cleveland Cavaliers 108-83 on Sunday afternoon in Game 1 of the Eastern Conference Finals. The Celtics used a huge first quarter jumping on the Cavaliers 36-18 and never looked back. They played looser, faster, and looked like a team destined with something to prove without their best player (Kyire Irving). They lead by 26 points at the half 61-35. This is a team most people picked not to even get out of the first round against the Milwaukee Bucks and now their leading 1-0 against the three time Eastern Conference Champions.
