The Washington Wizards losers of two straight travel to Cleveland to take on the Cavaliers. This is another national televised matchup that is pivotal for both teams. The Wizards who are currently in the seventh seed in the Eastern Conference at 42-36 are virtually tied with the eight seeded Milwaukee Bucks. They are just a half game behind the Miami Heat (43-36) for the sixth spot. A loss pushes them into eighth spot if the Bucks get a win against a bad Brooklyn Nets team (25-53) tonight.

The Cavs are winners of four straight and are 9-1 in their previous ten. Even without head coach Tyronn Lue who they expect back tonight have still found ways to keep winning led by LeBron James. The Cavs (48-30) have identical records with the Philadelphia Sixers (who have won 12 straight), so a loss for the Cavs with the Sixers off tonight can push them into the fourth spot in the East.

The last time the Wizards visited the Quicken Loans arena they came away with a 110-103 victory. They outrebounded the Cavs (43-36) and also had more assist (29-20). Kevin love who did not play in the first meeting will be available for this one which should definitely help in the rebounding category. The Wizards will welcome back All-Star guard John Wall for this much needed matchup.
