The Cavs started forward Tristan Thompson in this who wasn’t a factor at all in the first 6 games playing a total 23 minutes could have ultimately been the difference in the game as well with a double-double 15 points and 10 rebounds. All-Star Kevin Love chipped in with 14 points and 6 rebounds.

The Indiana Pacers who not many gave a chance to beat the Cavs played hard and it came down to a possession of them moving on to the next round. They were led by their All-Star Victor Oladipo who scored 30 points, a game high 12 rebounds and 6 assist. Darren Collison had his best game of the series scoring 23 points on 9-13 shooting. Thaddeus Young had second double-double of the series with 14 points and 10 rebounds.

The Pacers and Victor Oladipo have earned respect from LeBron and the Cavs and have found a upcoming star to build around for the future in Oladipo. The Cavs now prepare for the Toronto Raptors the team with the best record in the Eastern Conference. What we saw from James in this round against the Pacers, he will definitely need an encore to take out the number one seed.
