The Indiana Pacers will face elimination tonight on their home floor against LeBron and the Cavaliers. Outside of the convincing Game 1 win for the Pacers at the Quicken Loans arena 98-80 each game has came down to just a possession or two being the difference.
The Cavaliers have needed each stat from LeBron James in this series. I don't believe that changes the rest of the way. He will need help at some point either this series or moving forward (if they win this series) to get back to the Finals. He's led the team in points, rebounds, and assist in the series and has yet to get consistent help from any of his teammates.
If the Cavs want to close this one out tonight they are going to need to get contributions from LeBrons teammates. JR Smith has to continue to play good defense on Pacers All-star Victor Oladipdo but also knock down some shots after going 0-8 in Game 5 and no points. All-Star Kevin Love has to be the All-Star they expect him to be
The Pacers must get the Victor Oladipdo from Game 1. He was aggressive, efficient, and effective and they'll need that tonight if they want to force a Game 7. Everyone else needs to be who they have been up to this point.
If the Pacers can get out of Game 6 with a win..they will be playing with house money heading back to Cleveland. LeBron knows it.
