Spring Training Baseball in Arizona

We had the opportunity to catch a Cactus League Spring Training game at Camelback Ranch in Glendale, AZ home of the Los Angeles Dodgers. We interviewed fans, got a tan, and enjoyed a great baseball game.

There's nothing like going to a spring training game in Arizona the weather is perfect, the sun is just hot enough, and the atmosphere is fantastic. Every other play you hear the crack of the bat, kids yelling at the players to throw them a ball, and your closest vendor yelling "Get Your Beer Here". If you haven't been to a spring training game and you're a baseball fan what are you doing? Get up and go! You won't regret.

The $11-$14 lawn seats depending in which stadium you go to are totally worth it. Just bring a blanket, friends, sunscreen and ball cap and your all set.

While at the game we had the opportunity to talk to Dodger fans Johnny and Chris who both came down from Long Beach, CA to watch the Dodgers play. Johnny was a truck driver who had just made into town and Chris came down with his family and best friend. They both love the Dodger and don't mind making the 5-6 hour drive from the LA area. Johnny said "If your a real Dodger fan you should be out here and support your team."

It was a great time for us to catch a spring training in Arizona and we look forward to heading back to the desert again soon. Click here to purchase Spring Training tickets.
