We had the opportunity to tour Arrowhead Stadium home of the Kansas City Chiefs, notorious for being one of the loudest outdoor stadiums in the world. The Chiefs really treated us with this experience and also provided a well knowledge tour guide name Mike.
The tour started with a view of some of the upper scale suites, there are a total of 126 suites in Arrowhead Stadium and some have their own fireplace and private bathroom. Next we headed to the Chiefs locker room which was by far one of best experiences of this tour. The locker room has been the original locker room since 1973 over the years they have been cleaned up and polished. Had the opportunity to see Tyreek Hill, Travis Kelce, and Patrick Mahome's locker.
Mike then took me to the field the are two separate ways to enter the field one is through the end-zone tunnel and the other is through the 50 yard tunnel that is directly right behind the Chiefs bench, and that is where we entered the field. This tunnel entrance is very similar to what European soccer clubs have in their stadium.
Next Mike and I yelled at the top of our lungs CHIEFS and I got to witness why Arrowhead Stadium is know for being the loudest out door stadium in the world. Our words echo all around the stadium and it was just two of us yelling. Arrowhead Stadium is built two and half stories below ground and the way the stadium is designed the sound has nowhere else to go but up. Opposing teams and quarterbacks had a very tough time playing at this Stadium.
We want to thank the Kansas City Chiefs for giving us this great opportunity and also our great tour guide Mike.
