The Warriors past up they're opportunity to visit the White House, but didn't fail to entertain the fans at the Capitol One Arena. The Warriors defeated the Wizards 109-101.
The warriors didn’t allow Wizards Bradley Beal to beat them and collectively made things difficult for the All-star all night. Beal didn't convert on his first field goal until 5:12 left in the third quarter. He closed the game with just 8 points on 3-15 shooting from the field and did not attempt a free throw.
Otto Porter Jr. played great, leading the Wizards with 29 points and 10 rebs.
Warriors can beat you in so many different ways.
The Warriors were out rebounded (50-36) and didn’t make as many three point field goals (10) as the Wizards (11) and still won the game decisively.
Durant led the way for the Warriors scoring 32 points, adding 6 rebs and 4 ast. Steph Curry added his usual 25 points (11-12 FT).
The Warriors are capable of winning in many different ways. They will be tough to beat come playoff time.
