The Golden State Warriors destroyed the Phoenix Suns in last night's game with a 129-83 win Stephen Curry led the way with 22 points, 9 rebounds and 7 assists in 30 minutes, but every active Warrior scored on Monday. What was the most impressive thing from the Warriors in this game was the coaching and who was coaching the team! During game breaks, it wasn't Steve Kerr coaching the team and directing players, but the players themselves that were doing it. Andre Iguodala was one of the first to get the clipboard from Kerr and then Draymond Green got his shot.
In the press conference interview after the game Steve Kerr said "It's their team. They have to take ownership of it. As coaches our job is to nudge them, guide them, we don't control them. They determine their own fate." Once again the Golden State Warriors shows us how elite they are with the ability to not only crush their opponents but also doing it while their head coach has the luxury of passing the coaching responsibilities to the players themselves!
