LOS ANGELES, CA — The Los Angeles Rams are 4-0 and are arguably the best team in the NFL, though Kansas City Chiefs fans may have something to say about that. In their Thursday night matchup against Jared Goff put up an impressive stat line 465 yards with five touchdowns and no interceptions. All three of his top receivers Brandon Cooks, Cooper Kupp, and Robert Woods had over 100 yards receiving and each had a touchdown as well.
The thing that was the most impressive to see was that Goff was celebrating with head coach Sean McVay after every big play. When you see a strong bond between a coach and player you know everything is in full effect. This was game against the Minnesota Vikings was a great duel between the two Quarterbacks Kurt Cousins threw for 422 yards and three touchdowns and was Sean McVay’s former QB as an offensive coordinator with the Redskins prior to Sean McVay moving out to Los Angeles.
When asked about Jared Goff’s performance McVay said “I think he's having fun. No moment is too big for him, and it gives you confidence when you see him playing like this." That is what every teammate, coach, and front office want out of their Quarterback, next week they face the Seattle Seahawks a division rival who is struggling and the Rams have a strong possibility of going 5-0 with some of the recent struggles and injuries the Seahawks had this past weekend with Earl Thomas injury. The LA Rams are proving they are the real deal as of now interesting to see which team can stop them.
